Amanda Miller is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. She specializes in helping adults navigate trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, substance use, and complex mental health concerns. Her approach is grounded in compassion, evidence-based practices, and a deep belief in every person’s ability to heal and grow.
Amanda has spent her career working in settings that require a high level of clinical skill, resilience, and trauma-informed care. She brings extensive training to her work, including advanced education in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, addiction, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, motivational interviewing, and suicide prevention. At a county jail system, she provided individual and group therapy, supervised treatment teams, and led the Drug and Alcohol Program. In this role, she supported clients experiencing a wide range of mental health and substance-use-related challenges, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and complex trauma.
