A note from Liz: My goal is to facilitate a safe, honest, and supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself! Whether that means sessions sitting on the floor, talking, dancing, singing, learning, or something more structured, we will work together to identify your strengths as we build new skills to support your goals. I am honored that others share their lives with me and work best with those who are motivated to grow and appreciate directness. I am a huge advocate that therapy doesn’t have to feel boring or scary, so please let me know how I can best support you!
